My name is Melissa - Chef & Baker.  
I have always loved cooking and baking since I was a little girl.  3 years old making Cupcakes! Cooking & Baking is truly my passion and I am so happy that I am able to share the love I have for food with you! 

Simply Delish was established in 2011. 
All desserts are Simply Delish and baked with LOVE!

We offer Gourmet Cupcakes, Cakes, Cake Jars, Cookies, Cake Bites, and Muffins. 

Book us for your next Special Event - Birthday, Graduation, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Wedding, or Corporate Event. 

We also offer Cupcakes Parties for kids and adults - you get to create and decorate!

-pick-up location is in New Windsor, NY
-please allow 5-7 days notice for small orders

-we offer Gluten-Free options, but we do not bake in a 100% GF kitchen
